DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER OF CLEANSING FOR LIFE

Anne-Lise has been a practitioner of Colonic Hydrotherapy, Naturopathic Nutrition, Aromatherapy and Kinesiology for over 20 years. She began her career as a dancer and is a trained fitness instructor. She co-created the School Project in Ireland a government funded collaboration dedicated to make dance accessible to school children and young members of the community.  
She is a founding member of the Whole Health Centre (now Belsize Health) in London and is currently an appointed advisor and member of The Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapy. She has contributed to Here's Health Magazine, Radiant health magazine and The IBS network magazine.
She has also been featured in the Independent newspaper and appeared on Chanel4, BBC2 and ITV television.
She co-founded Cleansing for life 14 years ago motivated by her passion for health and well-being and her desire to offer a safe space for anyone in need of nurturing and renewed appetite for life.
She currently runs Bespoke Colonics in London with Anne-Lise in London NW3
