My name is Giovanni, I’m Italian and a passionate lover of healthy, tasty food.
I love cooking and I owe my passion to my lovely mother and
the surroundings where I grew up.

But cooking is not my primary occupation; I am a freelance surface designer based in The Netherlands and very busy developing my own brand of interior accessories.
I also love nature, music, reading, movies and a good chat.

During the season of 2012 I will be in charge of the kitchen at Les Sources for the second year running.
My aim is to create fun and tasty food. Furthermore I will take care of the guests and the house.

Being part of Les Sources is a stimulating adventure, a chance to meet new people and see them relaxing and enjoying life.
